Held in the peaceful coastal setting of Encinitas, our day together is designed as a sacred pause from the pace of everyday life. Through nourishing yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep rest, you'll be guided to soften habitual tension, cultivate presence, and return to the wisdom of the body.
Throughout the day, we’ll gather in a supportive and welcoming community while also honoring moments of quiet reflection and personal exploration. Gentle rituals inspired by the moon's energy will offer opportunities for intention setting, self-inquiry, and meaningful integration.
Beyond the practices, you'll enjoy nourishing food, time to rest and connect, and the simple medicine of being held by nature and community. Moon Soma is an invitation to come home to yourself, grounded, restored, and aligned with the natural cycles that support growth, healing, and transformation. 🌙
What’s Included:
Yoga- There will be two moments for movement. A Gentle, Slow Flow class upon arrival and a Deep, Restorative Flow before departure.
Meals- Chef Taylor Berk will curate locally sourced, nutritious meals (onsite Brunch & Dinner) prepared to nourish your body and soul.
Community Connections- The focus will be on creating lasting connections with like-minded individuals + our expanding retreat family! All who share a passion for yoga and personal growth.
Workshops - Alana + Lauren will cover their areas of expertise around seasonal reflection, self care practices and mindfulness.
Wellness - A traditional sauna, heated pool + infrared jacuzzi will be available for use throughout the day.

We are Lauren and Alana, two kindred spirits brought together by our shared love for slow living, the cycles of the moon, and the sacred rituals of healing. Our journeys have taken us deep into the wisdom of yoga, holistic health, and the art of creating space for transformation.
Yoga, for both of us, is more than just movement, it is a way of life, a practice of harmonizing with ourselves and the world around us. Through breath, stillness, and intentional living, we aspire to guide others in reconnecting with their own natural rhythms. Whether through movement, meditation, or shared moments of reflection, we weave philosophy, restoration, and self-inquiry into our offerings, allowing space for deep nourishment and inner alignment.
Our retreats are an extension of our devotion to slowness, to reverence, and to the beauty of being present. Inspired by the moon’s phases, we embrace the balance of expansion and rest, guiding you through practices that honor both. Reservations & Payments
Full payment or enrollment in a payment plan is required to secure your spot.
Refund Policy
Full refund available until 30 days before the retreat.
50% refund for cancellations made 7-30 days before the retreat.
No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the retreat.
Health & Dietary Needs
Notify us of any dietary restrictions or health concerns.
Travel
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Airport transfers are not included.
Code of Conduct
Respect others and the retreat space.
No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
