More about me!

With over eight years of devoted practice and study, I offer a grounded, heart-centered approach to yoga that weaves together embodied wisdom, subtle therapeutics, and the deeper currents of yogic philosophy.

My path began at Riffs Yoga Studios and deepened at Healing Hands School, where I became a licensed Massage Therapist and 1000-hour Holistic Health Practitioner. My teaching is rooted in the Tantric and Vedāntic traditions, shaped by ongoing study with Kaya Mindlin and the Supreme Release Yoga lineage.

As an RYT 500, I share yoga as a path of stillness, insight, and inner liberation, far beyond just the poses.

I offer a variety of immersions, private sessions, and trainings, including a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training for those called to deepen their practice or begin their journey as teachers.

SRY is profoundly blissful – it FEELS amazing. And SRY is supremely healing – it will truly transform your body from the inside out. This yoga is free from any risk of injury, overstretching, or over exertion. This is a yoga of true opening. It may be what you have been looking for all along. The more you do the better you feel.

It may look like “restorative yoga,” but it goes far beyond. Using props and precise angles, this practice gently and dynamically decompresses your spine from its root to its crown. Your spine is the body’s central axis, a channel of consciousness, and a container of karma—so the effects are deep and multidimensional: physical healing, life transformation, and inner awakening. There are no mats, no workouts, and no sun salutations—just advanced yet accessible spinal release, ideal for those recovering from injury or strain caused by other forms of yoga.
