Each day we’ll move through grounding yoga rooted in tradition, meditative stillness, and intentional space for rest, reflection, or deep connection. With nourishing meals, desert-chic accommodations, and a supportive circle to hold you, this retreat is a chance to reset — body, mind, and spirit — under the desert sun and star-filled skies.

  • Yoga- Daily yoga classes available. Styles ranging from slow flow to deep restorative practices.

  • Meals- Enjoy locally sourced, nutritious meals prepared to nourish your body and soul.

  • Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits- If you are a certified yoga teacher, you will receive a 35hr continuing educational credit that is approved through Yoga Alliance. Deepen the practices of Ayurvedic rituals

  • Flexible Payment Plans: I know how important it is to make things manageable, so we offer flexible payment plans. You can either pay in full or spread the cost out over a few installments—whatever works best for you.

We are Lauren and Alana, two kindred spirits brought together by our shared love for slow living, the cycles of the moon, and the sacred rituals of healing. Our journeys have taken us deep into the wisdom of yoga, holistic health, and the art of creating space for transformation.

Yoga, for both of us, is more than just movement—it is a way of life, a practice of harmonizing with ourselves and the world around us. Through breath, stillness, and intentional living, we aspire to guide others in reconnecting with their own natural rhythms. Whether through movement, meditation, or shared moments of reflection, we weave philosophy, restoration, and self-inquiry into our offerings, allowing space for deep nourishment and inner alignment.

Our retreats are an extension of our devotion—to slowness, to reverence, and to the beauty of being present. Inspired by the moon’s phases, we embrace the balance of expansion and rest, guiding you through practices that honor both. Retreat Policies

  1. Reservations & Payments

    • Full payment or enrollment in a payment plan is required to secure your spot.

  2. Refund Policy

    • Full refund available until 30 days before the retreat.

    • 50% refund for cancellations made 7-30 days before the retreat.

    • No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the retreat.

  3. Health & Dietary Needs

    • Notify us of any dietary restrictions or health concerns.

  4. Travel

    • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Airport transfers are not included.

  5. Code of Conduct

    • Respect others and the retreat space.

    • No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
