Pacification

Samana means balance, pacification, soothing, quiet. This practice facilitates a deep inner rest of your body through all layers, your mind, and the subtle realms within.

You'll need:

~A Chair (or something similar like an ottoman or bolsters)

~3-6 Blankets, or something similar like towels or bolsters.

~Blocks (or books that you can stack)

~Comfy Clothes
